It is March 20th and 21st at the Arab Rec Center on Main Street. This is the place to experience what’s new in Home, Gardening, Remodeling, Home Décor, Cooking, Cleaning and More! You’ll have the opportunity to meet several experts and experience hundreds of products and services. Come out on Saturday 8am-3pm and Sunday 11am-3pm. EVENTS Don’t miss Arab Musical Theater Sunday from 2pm-3pm as they perform selected pieces from Little Women. Catch their amazing presentations before they hit the road with their production! Home Depot demonstrations are a great chance to see what’s new! Saturday at 11am and 1pm they will unveil their new line of Martha Stewart Paints and Sunday they will offer at tile flooring class at 12pm and a fun interactive garden club class at 1pm. The Arab First United Methodist Puppets will perform songs for all on Saturday at 10am. Kids will not want to miss this upbeat and exciting concert! W.A.T.C.H. Team, Worship Arts That Change Hearts, will perform powerful spiritual movement. This group of children and adults have performed together for several years and you will not want to miss it! The always “Fun” team, FUN 92.7, will be doing a live remote broadcast from the show on Saturday morning from 9am-11am. Come out and meet radio personality Susan McKenney of “The Fun House with Michael & Susan”! MASTER GARDNERS & ARAB GARDEN CLUB Every gardener's dream area! Get ideas for potted plants, gardening items, decorations, fresh cut flowers and more! Plus, meet with experts from local gardening groups to get a head start on your spring gardening plans. Whether you are a beginner gardener or hoping to create the garden of your dreams.....you will leave inspired and with valuable gardening information. The federal Government recently extended the deadline to receive tax credits for purchases of energy-efficient home products. The Show is the perfect place to learn of all the products that qualify for this tax credit. Check out the latest in "Green" products and services from local companies. Learn of everything new that will help you make your home earth friendly. CHARITY BEGINS AT THE HOME SHOW With only a $2 admission, this is the perfect family day! All proceeds from the door will benefit the Shriners. Kids will have a chance to meet the Easter Bunny and their favorite Shriner Clowns throughout the afternoon! Parents bring your camera! The Kids Corner will have a chance to make crafts, get id kits, and enjoy puppet shows! All proceeds from the Kids Corner will benefit Relay for Life. Come hungry and enjoy the concessions provided by the Civitains club! Fresh doughnuts and coffee for breakfast then stay for a lunch of hot dogs, pizza and more!
